Our LikedBikes warranty covers malfunctions related to electrical assistance (battery, motor, display, etc.) and the frame (cracks, fractures). The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of delivery of your e-bike.

Refurbished means that you are buying a previously used e-bike, but it has been fully inspected and serviced before delivery to you. All refurbished e-bikes you buy from LikedBikes are in perfect technical condition.

The bikes are in perfect technical condition and are fully serviced before delivery:
Defective or worn parts are replaced according to the following criteria:

- Brake pads: Replaced when manufacturer-defined wear limit is reached
- Brake disc: Replaced when manufacturer-defined wear limit is reached
- Tires: Replaced if wear or damage is visible
- Chain: Replaced if stretched beyond tolerance limit (depending on gear type)
- Chainring/sprocket: Replaced if deformed or damaged
- Grips: Replaced if wear or damage is visible
- Pedals: Replaced if wear or damage is visible
- Battery/motor/display/control unit: Replaced if damaged or malfunctioning
- Other parts not listed: Replaced if wear is visible, manufacturer-defined wear limit is reached, or damaged

The bikes may show minor signs of use (optical condition according to shop details or pictures).
The scope of delivery for a refurbished e-bike (pedelec) includes the following parts:

• Min. 1 battery key
• Battery
• Display or control unit
• Charger

Our refurbished e-bikes come from the commercial use of our B2B customers, who used them, for example, as company bicycles or for rental. Our product range also consists of returns from the private and business leasing of our sister companies Lease a Bike and BusinessBike.

Which of our refurbished e-bikes suits you depends primarily on what you want to use it for. In the city, a city or trekking bike with a moderate motor is often sufficient. For hilly terrain or sporty tours, a stronger motor with more torque or a frame with robust suspension makes sense.

By paying attention to the following points when buying, you can considerably narrow down the selection and find the right e-bike:

• Frame size and geometry must match your height and riding posture.
• Motor and battery are crucial for riding feel and range – the more assistance and capacity, the longer and more powerfully you can ride.
• Do you need a pannier rack, mudguards, or lights? Choose a model whose features meet your everyday requirements.
• Weight and handling are particularly important in everyday life. If you have to carry your e-bike or often maneuver it in the city, you should pay attention to this.

Once you have successfully placed your order, we will begin preparing and picking the goods so that your refurbished e-bike is ready for shipping within 1–4 business days. The exact delivery time depends on the shipping method you have chosen and your place of residence:

• Standard shipping Germany: 2–5 business days
• Standard shipping EU countries: 3–10 business days
• Express shipping Germany: 1–2 business days
• Express shipping EU countries: 2–4 business days

If you choose to pick up your bike yourself, it will be ready for collection within 1–4 business days.

The cost for standard shipping of your LikedBike is €49.00 within Germany. For nationwide express shipping, we charge €99.00.

Forstandard shippingof your LikedBike toEU countries(Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden), you pay€79.00. If you opt for express shipping to EU countries, the fee is€129.00.

To ship our e-bikes quickly and effectively, it is necessary to remove the pedals, and to turn the handlebars sideways and downwards. We also have to loosen the brake levers and turn them downwards before shipping. For some models, it is also necessary to remove the display.

So that you can take your refurbished e-bike for its first ride as quickly as possible, we explain step by step how to assemble it:

1. Remove packaging
   Carefully open the box and remove your e-bike and all accessories.
   
2. Align handlebars
   Loosen the Allen screws on the stem and turn the handlebars so that they point straight in the direction of travel. Then adjust the tilt so that the handlebars are comfortable to grip. Then tighten the Allen screws again.
   
3. Adjust brake levers
   Align the brake levers so that you can reach them easily and comfortably from your sitting position. Tighten the Allen screws to fix them again.
   
4. Mount pedals
   Pay attention to the marking of the pedals: "R" for right and "L" for left (seen from your direction of travel). Remember that one of the pedals has a left-hand thread. Screw both pedals firmly and securely.
   
5. Adjust saddle and handlebar height
   Adjust the saddle and handlebars to the correct height and position for you so that you sit comfortably.
   
6. Mount display (if removed)
   If your display was removed for transport, reattach the display including the mount to the handlebars.
