Shipping policy
You can have your e-bike delivered or pick it up yourself. Here you will find all the important information:
Delivery costs
- Standard shipping within Germany: €49 per bike
- Standard shipping to other EU countries: €79 per bike
- Express shipping within Germany: €99 per bike
- Express shipping to other countries: €129 per bike
Shipping and delivery
After your order has been successfully placed, the goods will be prepared and picked (ready for dispatch within 1-4 working days). Once the dispatch preparation is complete, you will receive an email from LikedBikes with the shipment information. The bikes you order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided.
The delivery time from dispatch depends on the shipping method you choose:
- Standard shipping within Germany: 2 to 5 working days
- Standard shipping to other EU countries: 3 to 10 working days
- Express shipping within Germany: 1 to 2 working days
- Express shipping to other countries: 2 to 4 working days
The pedals must be assembled, the handlebars and brake levers adjusted and, depending on the model, the display mounted on the handlebars by you upon receipt of the bikes.
Self-collection
After successful order placement, the goods will be prepared and picked (ready for collection within 1-4 working days). Once the collection has been prepared, you will receive an email from LikedBikes with the collection information. The bikes must be collected at the selected shop location (Service Centre: Gewerkenstraße 19, 83435 Bad Reichenhall, Germany) at the agreed time at your own expense. The final collection date will be agreed between LikedBikes and you.
